Howdee! In October this year, against the world and his running club, i'm taking part in the Northamptonshire 10K Run!

10K may not seem that far to many, but to a qualified member of the sick note association who in the passed 10 months has had two dislocated shoulders and a broken rib, i'm now seeing it as a personal challenge not to disgrace myself. Saying that though I never realised how many pro runners were actually doing this so maybe the old 'taking part that counts' may come into play!!

My chosen charity is the 'help for hero's,' which as an ex service man is a charity that is close to my heart. Any donations is very much apperciated and will go to a well deserved charity.
