Story

Hi everyone,

Firstly, we want to say a very big THANK YOU to everyone who donated to the 2022 Paddy Dunne Memorial Tournament. Your  generous donations meant that we were able to give €13,000 to the hospice last year! To be able to do this in our Dad's name meant so much to us and we couldn't have done it without you. So thank you so much again!

We are aiming to make this an annual event and so we have scheduled this year's tournament for Friday 4th of August 2023.

As most of you will already know, Dad died in March 2019 after an incredible battle with cancer. Before he died, Dad was looked after by the wonderful team in Blackrock hospice for seven months. The quality of life he was given and the memories we were able to make are priceless. We will never be able to repay the hospice for everything they haven given us but we are going to try our best with a fundraising golf tournament each year. Dad loved the game of golf and we know this is a very fitting way to remember him.

We would love if you could join us on the 4th of August. No worries at all if you can't be there. Any donations to this worthy charity would be very much appreciated.

Love,

Ciara & Gary
