Story

Hi Family and Friends, The Lads at Larks are a group of men who have Prostate Cancer who get together every few weeks at the Marina Dalglish Appeal centre called Larks. There they can chat freely and openly with likewise men while having a cup of tea/coffee. Our aim is to help each other through their PC journey while spreading awareness to other men to get tested for PC.We want to continuously raise funds to support The Marina Dalglish Appeal Charity who have raised Millions of Pounds to help people with Cancer on Merseyside. The above photo is Kenny and Marina Dalglish with the team at Royal Liverpool Hospital headed by Mr Robin Weston handing over the Robotic system.

The Marina Dalglish Appeal in 2005, was set up to say thank you from the whole family for the support Marina received during her treatment for breast cancer, and we had one very simple aim is To Make a Difference

Since 2005 the Marina Dalglish Appeal has raised over £13m to improve the lives of people fighting cancer
