We care for young people with disabilities to support the families of Leicestershire.

Story

My name is Dean Weston and I run a company called Mini warriors in Leicester. It is a fitness bootcamp for children and adults.

I am a Leicester born Former front line soldier serving in many different country’s both peacekeeping and wartime; including jungle training in Belize, desert training in Jordan and front line soldier in Iraq, Afghanistan and Northern Ireland.
After some years away from time served in the British Army I started to feel passionate about utilising my knowledge and experience gained to have a positive impact on children and adults in helping them both mentally and physically to better themselves and ultimately assist with them achieving their own goals and targets. Further expanding to working with schools across the country, alternative education provisions, local charities and helping vulnerable young people back into society. In a nutshell I will help anyone who wants to improve and wants the help I can offer.

I have taken on a challenge this April to walk from John O’Groats to Lands end in 14 days. I am doing this for a charity very close to my heart, Menphys a charity for disabled children. (https://menphys.org.uk)

I am hoping you will support me with a small donation during my 14 day walk in April. I am aiming to walk around 60 to 65 miles a day to complete this challenge
