Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My link to Give A Dog a Bone is through one of their employees,
Wendy Hood.   As a Teacher at
https://www.facebook.com/ClassicalPilatesUK/
I was proud to be able to help Wendy,
using the Classical Pilates system of exercise,  to return to running after a major health scare . Wendy now works for Give a Dog a Bone.  This local Troon charity is truly essential for many seniors who benefit from having the companionship of a dog.  There are also branches in Shawlands Glasgow and Alloa.

I am now running my own business as the studio is closed.

I  run classes online  and charge during Lockdown, however I will donate my fees for your first lesson with me online to Give a Dog a Bone.

I will teach online, providing mat classes for new and existing students, supporting the pupils at the primary schools where I have been teaching and encouraging Pilates teachers worldwide to join in class.  I will also be offering support to Pilates teachers who may be interested in learning about the Classical system and undertaking teacher training in the future.

I have reduced my normal prices as I can't put hands on to guide and support and each session lasts only 40 minutes.
For everyone who is taking their first session with me,  class fees are all being donated to the charity. Prices as follows:

Adult single  group class; £8.00

Child (under 18) single class; £5.00

Introductory 1-1 £30

About the charity

We support the over 60s to afford a rescue pet companion. If money is a genuine barrier, we can pay the rehoming fee for a RESCUE animal and continue to support, each month, with the cost of pet food. 'Helping individuals through loneliness and animals through homelessness'.
