On 20th May I am running the Great Manchester Run in full cricket whites and pads! I'm raising money for the Manchester Access Scholarship - a scheme which enables bright pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds in the Greater Manchester area to study at Manchester University. 

The Access Program performs two crucial functions. 

Firstly, it gives bright pupils who are the first generation of their family to go to university the guidance, the drive and pathway to university education.

Secondly, a scholarship of £1000 a year puts financial worries at ease. They can use this to spend on transport, books and join clubs and societies than serve to enrich their university life.

University should be for everyone, so please support me today and help me reach my target of £50.
