On July 15th this year, five brave individuals pushed the boundaries of human existence to the limit, as they embarked on one of the greatest challenges known to the British man.

From the murky depths of West London come, There's No Spoke Without Tyre, a team of pedal pushers intent on completing the 60 mile Capital to Coast cycle event from Esher, Surrey to Hove, Brighton, in aid of Norwood children & family charities. 

Yes, that's 60 miles of sheer leg power       *insert dramatic music here*

Now, the road out there is tough.  It took weeks of intense physical training (think, Eye Of The Tiger), as well as courage, determination & a hell of a lot of energy bars... All we ask is that you support us by donating to this worthy cause.  It's not too late!
