Story

On 1st September 2018 Tom, his sister Millie and cousin Charlie lost their wonderful, loving and beautiful Grandma, Eileen, known to all as Sally.

She fought breast cancer all Tom's life but it finally got the better of her suddenly. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.

Tom, Millie and Charlie miss her dearly. So does everyone who knew her.

The other day Tom suddenly decided enough was enough. Fortuneswell Cancer Trust struggle to raise enough money to help those who need it. They helped Grandma for so long, it was time for Tom to do something.

The answer - let his Dad (me) shave his hair to grade 3 and dye it blue.

Please help Tom raise funds.

Below is some words from Fortuneswell.

WE NEED YOUR HELP with an exciting project at Dorset County Hospital, in developing the West Dorset Cancer Centre. Radiotherapy services are coming to Dorchester. Funding for the radiotherapy equipment and building has been secured. WE NEED YOUR HELP to develop the Outpatients’ department to be built above the radiotherapy area and to reconfigure the chemotherapy suite. We have already contributed £200,000 towards the £1.76 million required and know that all of you will be keen to ensure the success of this venture by supporting the appeal.

About the charity
