As many of you may know, myself and three others Hannah, Sager and Parviz are going to be swimming a four man (and lady) relay to swim the 35,000m across the engish channel......to france!

We are trying to raise as much money as possible between the four of us, for the fantastic cause that is COSMIC (children of St Mary's intensive care), helping to supply funds to help the paediatric intensive care unit at St Mary's hospital, who continue to do brilliant work each day, helping children and families where they need it the most.

So please give whatever you can, chuck on some gift aid (its free) and we will keep you updated with news on our swim in August!
