I did an Action Talk earlier this year for  Cornerstone... 

found out more about them,

 and...

 They inspired me!

They are...

A superb charity who provide care and support in our communities to enable children, young people and adults with disabilities to enjoy a valued life.

I've set a crazy challenge for myself to climb Scolty Hill 30 times because Cornerstone are celebrating 30 years as a useful bunch of people!

 (BTW-Try it once up and down in an hour) the view is fantastic and so is the leg and butt workout! 

BUT...

THIRTY TIMES, this is gonna be proper tough, SO!

...for those cool dudes at Cornerstone... let the pain & effort commence ;-)
