I wish to raise funds to support our service personnel and their families during Rehabilitation after injury, whether physical or mental. 

I have a few serving friends in the forces and belong to my local Air Cadet Squadron, which has developed my interest and need to support a worthwhile charity which supports personnel and families in the time of need.

100km is a challenge for me after illness and will be acting as a personal goal for me in my recovery.
