Tim is running the Coniston Marathon and the Great North Run this year to support Joseph's appeal and to raise money for the North of England Children's Cancer Research Fund.

Tim has lost over 3 stone in weight during his running training over the last few years....  He has fitted in training around the demands of his job and (often nagging) wife and boys...!
