Story

On the 17th October 2010 I am going to be running the Cardiff Half Marathon 13.1 miles through the city centre and the Bay area finishing at the millennium centre.

This year I am running to raise money for a very good cause.  Earlier in the year, a colleague at work who I also went to school with Matt Hignett, had a motorbike accident on route to work. This left him paralysed from the chest down.  In order for him to return to work and make changes to his lifestyle to make this possible I am raising money to help. This 'JUST GIVING' page will donate money to the hospital that gave him great care and a firm foundation to allow him to achieve his aim of returning fully to work. ALTERNATIVELY , If you would like to give money to help Matt directly, please contact me on tpcochrane@googlemail.com

Thanks for the sponsorship! please dig deep.

UPDATE!!

Thank you very much for your donation and support.

I finished the Cardiff Half on sunday in 2hours 3 minutes, which knocked off 25min off my personal best for that distance. It was pretty hard pushing for that time and it almost broke me.

Cheers again for helping me raise money for such a good cause.
