There are 14.7million people – that’s more than one in six – in the UK living with a neurological condition. Here at the country's leading neurological centre, we’re passionate about supporting the hospital to help improve the lives of patients through treatment and research.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  I am embarking on my FIFTH MARATHON and this year I am extra determined as I am running for a very worthwhile charity.

I'm raising funds for the National Hospital Development Foundation (NHDF) who lead the way in reasearch and treatment in the fields of neurology and neurosurgery.  They also provide excellent patient care for people battling illnesses such as Alzheimers, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and Brain Tumours.

My Dad is currently (and bravely) battling cancer of the brain so I am proud to run for such a good cause.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.  It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Hospital Development Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me whatever you can now!  You can also keep up to date with my running and drinking progress at:

Many thanks for your support.
