Story

Hello people,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Right then, after a summer of hard training (running down the boozer) I'm donning my lycra and running 13 miles round deepest darkest South London in the hope of not getting mugged, all in the name of charity.

I'm raising money for the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery.  This is part of UCLH, and is a world leader in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), brain cancer, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease and head injury.  All money raised will go towards cutting edge equipment, building, and research, ultimately leading to better and more effective treatment of its patients.  I'm sure we've all been touched in some way by these, so please give generously for this cause.

The run, which is sponsored by Ministry of Sound, involves a live music stage about every mile thru the course, which hopefully should keep me and the other runners going (http://www.runtothebeat.co.uk/).  Please feel free to come and give your support on the day!

Ciao
