A fantastic team of people at TalkTalk have pledged to raise at least £10,000 for Ambitious About Autism by riding from the TalkTalk head office in London to my home office in Manchester. 

It's 231 miles. Once upon a time, that wouldn't be so bad, but having been off the bike for six months, this will be an enormous challenge. 

I've put my money where my mouth is and made a donation myself. Please do the same for a fabulous charity that does amazing work for children and young people with autism.
