This September I am taking part in a very demanding cycle ride from Lands End to John O’Groats as part of a ten man team attempting to raise Ten Thousand Pounds for the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF). The ride is due to take no longer than ten days covering in excess of 95 miles per day, a total distance of 920 miles. A tough challenge both in terms of distance and time given to achieve this goal.
Why the ABF
There are many deserving charities that provide support to Armed Forces, but it is the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF), The Soldiers’ Charity that provides the widest support to Serving personnel, Army Veterans and their dependents. Reaching out to those that need them most!
I need your support to reach my target of raising a thousand pounds to support this very worthwhile charity.
Any amount is appreciated but please give generously.
Thank you in anticipation
