Story

Total Fitness & Health, Plymouth has teamed up with Running4Refuge to support the national Domestic Abuse charity, Refuge, so that together we can change and save lives.

Total Fitness & Health are passionate about changing lives for the better, and helping people to make the right choices to improve their own lives.

Running4Refuge have been fundraising since May 2013 to help fund Refuge - the country's foremost provider of safe accomodation and support for victims of domestic abuse and their children.

Together Total Fitness & Health and Running4Refuge aspire to raise £2,000 from the running of the Plymouth Half Marathon on the 27th April 2014.

Please give as you can afford, knowing that your donation will help to save the lives of victims and children.
