You may already know that I joined Guide Dogs for the Blind in February this year.  You know how much I love running (not!) well somehow I found myself signing up for the 5k "Fun" Run at The Guide Dogs Experience at Stonleigh Park in Warwickshire on Saturday 18th July 2009.  http://www.guidedogs.org.uk/theguidedogsexperience

Entry is free so if you want to come along and have a fun day out, learning more about Guide Dogs and watching me get all hot and bothered then do come along!  Toby and Tigger are coming along too, tho not doing the run, so you can get to see them too.

Guide Dogs currently supports aprox 4,600 Guide Dogs partnerships and it costs about £10 a day to support a Guide Dog, so every penny you can donate helps a Guide Dog owner explore a world beyond their doorstep.
