Fundraising for Footsteps for Africa
Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
I am planning to do the Blenheim Triathlon on the 5th June which consists of 400m swim, 10km bike ride and 2.5km run I hope that you will sponsor me by donating via this page. The money raised is going directly to Footsteps for Africa and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer if donated through JustGiving which is a secure site. By sponsoring me you are helping me to help those in Kenya as with part of the money I am flying out to Kenya with the charity to give relief to orphaned children through sports and arts as well as helping build schools, gardens and to support the community. Footsteps is not trying to change the world just improve the standard of living for a few communities.Please support me by donating generously helping me to help them.I will be taking part in the Rafiki programme for 10 days at the end of July going to a small village called Maguanga. Some of the money raised will go towards my trip while the rest will go on the 2010 project which is a classroom. This is going to be an amazing experience for me and though I am going out there with the intention of helping them I realise they are likely to give more back to me through their happiness and enthusiasm.
