Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been allergic to most foods since I was born. The only cure/solution used to be just staying away from these foods. Though this sounds easy, it is very hard. Whenever I went to an amusement park or restaurant my mom had to always bring my own food instead of buying food there. When someone brings cupcakes or a treat to school for their birthday or special occasion, it’s hard to sit and watch others enjoying treats. At school I have to have a packed lunch instead of getting lunch at my school. My future was filled with avoiding certain foods and always double checking if the food was safe.

I was lucky enough to find and be a part of this life saving program. The journey has not been easy, but after 3 challenging years, I am now eating many of the foods that would have put me in the hospital, or worse.

By raising money, I hope to give other allergic kids the opportunity to experience this program too. My life has changed for the better in so many ways.
