This wonderful charity was set-up in 2007 by my friends, Kerry and Doron Rosenfeld, after their son Gavriel was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The GM Trust has given and continues to give hope to thousands of families with children diagnosed with this degenerative and as yet, incurable muscle wasting disease which boasts a tragic 100% fatality rate. The objective of the trust is to promote critical research into the treatment, cure, care and welfare of Gavriel and all those young boys suffering from DMD. Groundbreaking research is advancing, doctors and scientists are making real progress, but further funding is required to achieve the goals in the timeframe we have.
