UCLBC 48 hour Rowathon - Marine Conservation Society and UCLBC

Fundraising for University College London Students Union

Story

Every year, UCLBC organises a 48 hour Rowathon to raise money for a charity, and for the club. This will be a gruelling weekend of non-stop rowing, and involves the whole club participating.

We will start at midday on Friday 10th February, and row on until midday Sunday 12th February at Covent Garden.

OUR AIMS:

- To raise money for the Marine Conservation Society, the UK's leading marine charity. As rowers we see how important it is to keep our waterways, seas and oceans clean and healthy, so that nature can flourish and people can thrive. We have decided to help fight for the future of our seas and oceans and hope you can support us in this cause.

The collected funds will be split 50/50 between the charity and the club to help fund coaching for our athletes.

Feel free to come and visit us over the course of the weekend! We’d love the support.

Thanks for your generosity, and we hope you can help us hit our target of £4k!
