Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am riding in chapter IX of the UK Police Unity Tour.
On 28th July 2016 we will set off from Leicester, on our three day tour to arrive at our destination at National Police Memorial in Alrewas Staffordshire. There will be take part in the annual remembrance service.
I am riding in memory of Police Constable Job Bennett who died on 19th January 1881. PC Bennett was on foot patrol, walking to his post during a blizzard when he died of a sudden heart attack.
By doing this, our team will keep the memory alive of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in order to protect the public.
Our motto is 'We ride for those who died'
