Story
Ultralase have supported Vision Aid Overseas for over 12 years and this year, we’ve decided to do something different. We’ve set ourselves the aim as a company of raising £27,000, which will enable a vision centre to be established in Uganda. This will enable ordinary people access the eye care services they need to live a normal life.
We're organising fundraisers throughout our clinics across the year and if you'd like to know more, then watch this space – we’ll be updating regularly!
Our target is ambitious so please give generously. To learn more about the work Vision Aid overseas do – click here
Well the team did it. All 10 of them managed to jump from 15,000 despite the intermittent weather. It was a fantastic day and there will be pictures on here very soon so you can see our brave jumpers just after they jumped and also with their certificates. We will also be posting links to the videos that some of the team arranged so you can see them. thank you to all who have supported this project so far.
We will also be holding an auction in the very near future, some of the items up for auction include an official training top from the 2006 Sydney Olympics signed by Sir Steve Redgrave, an olympic vest signed by Jonathan Edwards and a framed cricket bat signed by the 2008 England team from the 2008 test series V's South Africa. You can find a alist of our auction items here.
