I will be trekking Africa's tallest mountain (Kilimanjaro) later on in the year to raise funds for Penny Appeal's THIRST RELIEF campaign.

Shallow wells are ideal in many situations, however there are barren areas in places like Somalia, Ethiopia and Gambia where clean water is far deeper below the ground, making it inaccessible to these more basic wells.

The funds raised here will go towards building deep water wells in Gambia, serving a community of up to 1,000 people with clean water for many generations to come.
