Hello!
This year Stu, Nic, Abby, Nissa, Jen, Nick, Andy, Rhiannon, Caroline, Josie and Allister are embarking on their biggest and scariest triathlon yet and all for the brilliant charity - Hackney Pirates.
Some of you will remember our advanture last year where we raised collectively over £1500 for various charities and this year we have raised our game, doing a tougher event and have nominated ONE charity that we think deserve your hard earned cash!
We will be swimming 1.5km, cycling 20km and running 5km in one morning on Saturday 16th October!! This will not be an easy challenge and we expect to have to overcome many obstacles from rival pirates to wooden legs and pesky parrots.

The Hackney Pirates is an innovative education project dreamed up by a group of teachers and social entrepreneurs in Dalston. We work to develop core literacy skills and creative ability by giving young people one to one attention in an unconventional learning environment, utilising the incredible resource of those employed in the creative industries. We are currently piloting an out-of-school educational hub that supports local schools and young people.
