Having finally got over my injury and the big disappointment of having to pull out of last years London Marathon I am  raring to go this year.  I have been clocking up the miles in training so I am feeling reasonably confident for the big day.

With just 3 weeks to go I have now eased off the long runs and am enjoying stocking up on carbohydrates and lots of chocolate!

I will regard completing the London Marathon as a great personal achievement but to raise money for such a worthy cause as the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice will be the icing on the cake.

So please dig deep and donate now - no amount too small.
