We enable people with learning disabilities to challenge what they expect from life.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Unum National Accounts JustGiving page in aid of Seeability.

The team is running a relay race on the 11th of September from Alton to Dorking covering a distance of 52 miles to raise money for the Royal School for the Blind (Seeability) a charity founded to enable individuals who are blind or partially sighted with additional disabilities to achieve thier full potential. Seeability enables people to realise opportunities, make choices and enhance their quality of life.

The team have been training hard and are practically at Olympian status!

The team is aiming to raise in excess of £1,000 to support Seeability.

About the charity

SeeAbility provides ambitious social care for people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss. We encourage them to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society - and they in turn challenge us all to think about what’s possible, and to rethink disability.
