It is that time of year again and I am hoping to complete my 15^th Marathon  (this is my 12th London Marathon) on Sunday 25th April.  I will be running for Lupus again and in prior years your amazing generosity has enabled us to raise £30,000 for this charity to date.  20 years ago the expected lifespan post diagnosis was 10 years but research and improved treatment (funded by charitable donations) has resulted in 90% of current sufferers surviving over 10 years. 

 

My sister Caroline has had Lupus for 13 years and so I am once again asking for your help to raise sponsorship and awareness for a cause that is extremely close to my heart.  Any contribution will be much appreciated and I cannot thank you enough for your continued support for Lupus and for Caroline who is very dear to me and an inspiration to us all.
