The Christchurch Macmillian Unit have done a wonderful job supporting my sister, Karen, in her fight against breast cancer. To try and help to support the unit financially, myself and Ann have entered a couple of events in September this year that we hope you'll be able to sponsor us. 

I'm competing in the London Duathlon (10krun, 20kcycle, 5Krun) on 12 September and then two weeks later we will both run the New Forest Half Marathon.

The events are certainly going to challenge us, but they are nothing compared to the challenge that Karen has had over the last 5 years. It would mean so much if you could help support us to raise money to help The Macmillian Unit in Christchurch. The unit has provided such good specialist palliative care for Karen and also supported her family whenever needed. Anything you can give would be very much appreciated.
