As some of you are aware, I did the Great North Run last year. After 15 years of nagging from my dad,  I finally gave into his challenge. He's being doing it for years so I thought it was about time i joined him. Last year was great and such a thrill. I've secured my place through this year through the local Children's Charity "Children North East" who are committed to helping local children with local projects. My aim is to raise £200, and every little helps. I'm trying my best to train. It is soooo hard - but worth every mile. I will get to the end for the second time, and just 1 week before my 30th birthday!! Let's hope my heart can take to such big events in such a short space of time.... hee hee hee.
