As some of you are aware already, our Son & Daughter in law have recently suffered a heartbreaking loss of their Son Walter Christopher, who was born asleep on 25th June 2019 at 8 months. 

We know you would all want to help support us as a family and would have brought our little Walt a present. We were wondering if you would donate a small amount to help fund the West Suffolk Child Bereavement team on the labour ward. The room where little Walt was brought into this world is run by Justine who supported everyone of us during this tragic and devastating  time.  She works closely with SANDS who have set this room up with cold cots, memory boxes, thoughtful touches and privacy to help with the grieving process. This allowed us to have little Walt with us for our private and precious time, where we were able to hold him, dress him and create lasting memories. All the equipment in this room has been provided by donations and Justine is now expanding this room and its facilities to provide a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, table and chairs to enable families while they are grieving to have the privacy they need along with other family members. 

We have experienced the hard work and dedication of Justine and her team and would like to make sure this room is completed with these kitchen facilities, to help the next family who have to go through this difficult time and anything that can make it more bearable for them.
