Having reached my 71st birthday relatively unscathed and with most marbles in situ ( apart from a fear of heights!!!) I think myself lucky, as many friends, colleagues and family members for them this has not been the case. 

Cancer is a hideous disease that can start almost anywhere in the body. Researchers are constantly trying to find a cure for cancer as well as better ways to treat and prevent the condition.          

The Primrose Foundation, is a breast care charity based in Derriford Hospital Plymouth and has proved to be outstanding for a family member, in it's care, support, high standards throughout and reassurance to patients.                             

 I am not personally connected in any way to this charity, my aim is to help raise funds to maintain and improve the existing equipment for this fantastic Breast Care Centre.
