We fund research into type 1 diabetes to find a cure for type 1 diabetes

Story

In June I will be cycling from London to Paris - just under 400kms.  Whilst there is an element of personal challenge involved my main motivation is to raise money for the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation which aims to find a cure for childhood diabetes.  The cause of Type 1 diabetes in children is unknown - but it has a profound effect on both the child concerned and their family.

I would be really grateful if you would help support JDRF by sponsoring me on my ride.   The more I raise the greater the motivation - which I am going to need....

The Macquarie Group Foundation supports staff in their fund raising activities by matching sponsorships and donations £ for £.  So every £ you donate to JDRF will be doubled.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
