<p>As you have got to this page you are probably already thinking of making a donation to a great cause... here are a few more reasons why...</p>
<p>1. Oxfam is an amazing charity. They are on the front line in the poorest countries in the world delivering really really good long term development projects. Even their emergency aid work is carried out with long term poverty reduction factors in mind. The money you donate will definitely change people lives, people just like you and me who happen to have been born in countries or situations that havent offered them the opportunities we have been given. DIG DEEP PALS!!!</p>
<p>2. I know its a cliche but every little penny counts, so please donate whatever you can.</p>
<p>3. I am aiming for about 4hours which is pretty strenuous training and therefore I will be spending a lot less time on the party juice between now and April... Peroni is normally £3.50 so that would be fab please!</p>
<p>If you want to come and show your support on the day, there will be a group of people sipping cocktails on the terrace and Somerset House all morning and watching me crawl passed at 23miles... </p>
