Chloe, Carl, Jay W and Jay P...wonder whose bright idea this was.....Chloe! on 30th January us 4 along with 100 or so people will be sleeping rough for an evening 7pm – 7am(I think!)..in the Galleria carpark (Hatfield). This is part of the YMCA’s Sleep Easy campaign to highlight the issue of youth homelessness and raise vital funds for the YMCA’s work with young people. We’re doing this for Central Hertfordshire YMCA.

As you may or may not know we are passionate about ensuring Young People are able to reach their full potential, keeping safe, and their well being....unfortunately for one reason or another some young people do end up leaving home and aren’t able to enjoy their youth like any other Young person, Without the love and support they deserve! Imagine you having to sleep rough every day in the cold, rain, freezing weather unfortunately this is the norm for some....

Work YMCA does and can do through raising funds is vital to ensuring as many young people as possible are able to be helped to reduce the risk of spending a significant time on the ‘street’ . Please show your support, any contribution will be appreciated however big or small every bit will help give young people a 'life' they deserve.
