We protect and care for vulnerable children to ensure access to a better future

Story

Notting Hill Prep has been linked to a Malawian school -- the SOS Hermann Gmeiner school in Mzuzu --  for several years. Harriet Amos and I visited in 2008 and since then, letters have been going to and fro -- mainly written by years 5-8.

Last year, we sent a crate of books (kindly donated by NHP children and parents) to get their library going but we'd now really like to get them more books and buy some playground equipment, especially that disabled children can use.

I was enormously impressed by the work this charity does in giving opportunities to children. The most academic children sit exams to go to senior school in Ghana from where they can apply to any university in the world.

We would like to both build our relationship with the school and support the work they do in any way we can. Books and playground equipment are such enjoyable things and will help to enrich their lives. I would be very grateful for any help you could give.

Many thanks, Will
