This Sunday Mike and I are embarking on the 54 odd mile bike ride from London to Brighton. After well over 3 hours training, I personally feel over prepared for the challenge. Roughly 1000 people take part and we are aiming to be in the top 10 (top 500 if we experience inclement weather conditions).

We’re raising money for Body & Soul which is a fantastic charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children, teenagers and families living with, or affected by HIV.
