I have had a close friend who recently suffered from a stroke & it was the professional care he received at the RUH which made me want to do something to help.

ZERO TO HERO is 10 weeks training with coaches pushing yourself physically & mentally to the limit.I have done some training before but nothing comes close to this especially at the age of 43.  Then at the end of the training I will enter the ring in front of family, friends & strangers to a crowd between 1200 - 2000 people & have the bout shown on SKY tv.  People who know me will know that I am not the most confident of people having suffered with anxiety over the years.  This challenge is so far out of my comfort zone that it is almost ridiculous..  Please help me help the Stroke unit.
