On the 23rd Sept a few of us are doing a Charity walk, it will be 19 miles of the Taff Trail from Cardiff to Abercynon.

We are then holding a Charity Night at Wow on Sunday Sept 28th, to raise awareness for Depression. 

Depression is an unseen illness which can on times be devastating.

Please give generously to help people who feel they have nowhere to turn. All monies raised will be donated to MIND.
