Hello, my name is Yasmin Kelly. 

I am using just giving to try and get donations  to give to CCUK. Which is the crohns and colitis UK charity. A charity close to my heart. I suffer with Crohn's disease like many thousands of others. Crohns is just one of the two types of IBD - inflammatory bowel disease. The other is UC, or, ulcerative colitis. Crohn's disease affects the digestive system, mainly the small and large intestines, causing ulcers and inflammation. It is a life long chronic disease and people with the disease have to use strong medications to try and get the disease into remission. This disease really changes a persons life. I know mine has changed drastically since I was diagnosed in 2014.
