On Saturday 8th October, I'm abseiling all 247 ft of Wakefield Cathedral for the Mayor's Charity Appeal.

This year, the appeal is benefiting two charities. Dr Jackson Cancer Fund, who provide high quality cancer care to patients across Pontefract, Wakefield and Dewsbury.

Secondly, FASD Network, who specialise in providing information, support and training to families of children with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, they don't have a JustGiving page, but you can donate to them directly here: http://www.fasdnetwork.org/
