As many of you know, my dad sadly passed away from cancer in 2018 after a long and brave battle. Through his diagnosis and treatment, Chai offered an amazing source of support through their reflexology experts. Mum, who sadly passed away suddenly in 2022, also benefitted from Chai's services throughout these difficult years. 

This is a cause that's very close to my heart and I am honoured to be able to raise funds for this charity whilst also running in memory of my amazing parents.

Whilst I do enjoy the odd 5k run, this is definitely going to be a big challenge for me. I'd appreciate any donations for this great cause, every little helps!
