As most of you are aware last year I was diagnosed with a heart condition which resulted in me having a pacemaker fitted.  This was a lifechanging operation and I will need ongoing care and subsequent operations for the rest of my life.  The British Heart Foundation were fantastic giving me support and advice through a very difficult time and continue to do so. 

A year later I am feeling well and wanted to do something that would not only be a personal achievement for me but would give something back to the organisation which has helped me and so many others.  So I am running a half marathon in London called Run To The Beat.

I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me in the Half Marathon, not only will you be helping thousands of people who are affected with heart conditions you will be helping me!
