We provide a safe, supported community to keep homeless, at-risk families together

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

We are a bunch of guys from Waverton and Christleton, Chester.  One of us came up with the idea of cycling the A41 road from London to Waverton.  The distance is approximately 200 miles.

To make the ride a more challenging, we aim to complete the ride in 41 hours - the ride has become known as the '41 in 41'.

We'll travel by minibus to London on Thursday and start cycling in the early hours of Friday morning.  After a well earned rest on the Friday night, we aim to finish the ride by 2pm on the Saturday.

If we make the ride in 41 hours we're hoping for a big reception at the Waverton Carnival.

There are 17 guys who are cycling the '41 in 41' and six others are helping to provide transport, bike maintenance, first aid, refreshments and encouragement along the way!

We are fundraising to set up a room for dads and their children to play together at Save the Family's Plas Bellin centre.  This is only the beginning as there is much more that we could do to help this charity.

Thankyou for reading about the '41in41'
