This is the first time I am doing this, so help me god!. I am going to run the British 10k run in memory of my beloved Mum and all those children in Africa suffering from Child Poverty.  To keep me company, my two girls (aged 5 and 2), if they are in the mood may join me on the way just to remind me why I am doing this.  For those children who are less fortunate yet braver than my children who are born with a silver spoon in their mouths.
