Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

This is the 2nd year in which I am crawling breathlessly round a 10k route across the fabulous city of London, followed by a dedicated crew from St Jame's Ambulance.  Yes its the British 10k Run again.

Macmillan Cancer Support is a charity close to my heart.  They looked after my mum through her terminal cancer with selfless dedication.  I will remain eternally grateful to them.

The hardest part is not the running but asking you to spare your dinner money for a day and donate atleast £5.00.  I know that you have many demands on your money, but I hope you will atleast spare some loose change for a good cause.  That is all I ask of you.  I know that those who give, receive much more bounty in life

To top it all, every penny I raise will be doubled by SKY (my employer and another benefactor (combined), who wishes to remain nameless).
