OK so here it is, probably the stupidest thing I've ever decided to do (and theres been a few!).  Freezing temperatures, barbed wire, running through fire, underground tunnels, electric shocks, mud+++.  A field hospital on the day and a 1 in 3 chance of not finishing.....BRING IT ON!!! I'm hoping to raise some good dosh for Nottinghamshire Hospice.  Their slogan is 'adding life to days' which says it all recently. Don't forget giftaid if appropriate.
