In 6 weeks we will be attempting to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. The last couple of months of training have been tough but it will all be worth it knowing we have the support of everyone on here!
Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are chronic, currently incurable conditions which have affected people very close to us both. Around 240,000 people in the UK have been diagnosed with these conditions and more are diagnosed each year.
